My shoulder was worse off than I thought, started PT today. Good news though, my PT said I can lift just nothing over head, soooo happy to hear that I think I will start tomorrow because I can't wait its been a month since Ive been able to lift conisistently. Can't wait to Bench again though...I guess i'd rather not be able to bench than not be able to deadlift. And I gotta switch to Front squats, doc said conventional squats would put too much pressure on my shoulder. Time to make a full come back!
