currently i do 10 minutes of abs and 10 mins of arms everyday but i think that's too often because ive stoped making any progress (is this what's refered to as plateuing?) should i go down to 3/4 times a week or do i not need to stop that much? and just so im perfectly clear...this is to allow my muscles to rest/grow? im kind of new with some of these exercizing tendancies so i don't know a lot. thanks
