Aight I originally posted asking about a supporting supplement/supplements to go with the ANPB. Sgt. helped me with that.

Today was the day I was to start this ANPB diet. After a good week of considering this...stocking my stuff to do this for 30 days, I have decided out of it. Main reason is that for the past 6 years I have worked in the restraunt business and I enjoying different varites of food and cooking. Im a culinary arts major for this reason. I didnt feel I could hold true to just peanut butter and shakes.

With that said, I am still going to diet the correct way. My main question though, what are good vegetables to eat when dieting. My goal is to drop my body fat percentage. I have ample supply of chicken tenders to grill up. Plenty of eggs, and Im stocked on tuna.

Second is my workout rituals. Opinions or advice and why you advise maybe a change would also be helpful.

All workouts at before 10 in the morning

Monday Chest Tri's I work my Chest hard on this day and tris slightly less than Friday-Cardio Cardio is 15 mins on eliptical and 15 mins on cycle 5 min of decent pace 1 minute of sprint pace. Wash rinse repeat for the 15 mins.

Tuesday Bi's and back working my back harder this day then Saturday League basketball game in the evening

Wed Legs-Abs

Thursday Shoulders and Traps and lats

Friday-I work my tris hard on this day and my chest slightly less than monday-Same cardio plan except I start on cylce first

Saturday Bis and Back working my bis harder this day than Tuesday

Sunday refeed day no gym but basketball

started in 2000...healthy life lasted a good 6 months till i hurt my shoulder playing back yard football...recovery made me lazy...lazy lead me to crash diets...crash diets im sure lead to my heaviest at 275...once i saw that number i started working hard on losing weight...i used the "starvation" method to reach the weight im at now...didnt know that I was starving myself till reading posts here...so i decided to change that

and yes...plenty of ANBP around...ill still use in my diet, but not my sole source of food
