I overtrained on gear
I was busting my ass in the gym on a sust/deca/dbol stack. I started to wonder why the gains stopped during week 6. Well, I decided to take 7 days off. BAM! Came back, all of my core lifts were up!
BTW, I was training 4x/week.

Hey, maybe you can train more frequently. Only you know that. From my experience, most people just cant handle the 5-6 days training per week. Conan can probly handle that, but look at the mofo'!.
Us "normal" people need more recovery time.
You can train harder on gear, but dont overdue it. Listen to your body.
