10 days and don't do bench.. and when you do I would suggest doing a static lift.. do 325 (after your normal warm up) get the lift off, then do a 1/4 lower, to a lift.. then hold for 20-30 seconds if you can..
rack then go about your routine..
in this way you will don't extend, dont allow the weight to be held by the skeletal system.. but take the extra weight.. when you can do 340 in this manner, lower it to the 315 and do a full range..
a full range is where you break the 45 degree angle at the elbow..
best way i know to get through a plateau because now it's mental.. i'm not saying you didn't get a strain.. but that's a way to get around it..
