OK to train before fully recovered (and therefore not increasing strength?))

It’s like asking. why the hall a building need a foundation… in order the your chest should be able to lift 400lb your foundation need to be able to hold at least the same amount of even more. right?
 
do you even have a split? you shouldn't be training any muscle more then twice a week...
 
I don't even know what to say here. Most dbol I've ever taken was 60 mg/day and I thought my head wasgonna explode my BP was so high. Most I'll take now is 30-40 and I've been training for 15 yers, and juicin on and off for 10.

This must be a joke?
