OK to train before fully recovered (and therefore not increasing strength?))

hi so Im training once or twice every day for a total of 1-2 hours per day.. on dbol 100mg ed if that matters,
i tend to hit chest or shoulders along with tris, bis and back every day.. and recently my strnegth gains have been slowing considerably.. i guess since im not allowing myself time to fully recover.
however, im wondering.. am i still going to be anabolic or catabolic in this environment? my intensity isnt tending to go down so i dont feel im getting weaker? but id like a little advice.

i know hitting the same body part 10 times a week isnt recommended, but... advice?

Working out that often you would have to sleep 20 hours a day to recover. Don't you work your legs out at all? If you start squatting, it would help the rest of your body develop. You need to change your routine, no one can maintain that kind of workload for any extended period of time. If you don't yeah your gains are going to drop and eventually stop.

isnt the whole leg thing building upper body a myth? especially on AAS? since i thought the reasoning people used was that squats/deadlifts etc are good for increasing testosterone, which isnt really relevent if youre juicing? or is there some other reason? Another Reason im not training legs is my upper body is small in comparison also.
actually i thought doing legs would hinder upper body gains since it would divert nutrients to the legs instead? thoughts?

100mg dbol a day?

Doesn't train legs?

GTFO.

I'm not even going to post a decent response because that is so wrong in so many ways. Maybe someone else will bother with setting this dipshit straight.

1) 100 mg of dbol/day is nuts. If anything you should be doing 20-30 mg.

2) If you are seriously essentially part of the "Bench and Curl Club" and not deadlifting and squatting, that tells me that you really need help with your workout and that you have no business with AAS.

3) There are no better exercises you can do for your body than heavy deadlifts and squats. Period.

You need to stop the drugs, do a proper PCT, and do some actual reading instead of listening to gym bro-ology. Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength, Jim Wendler's 5/3/1, anything by Bill Starr, and for God's sakes buy a copy of Strength Training Anatomy by Frederic Delavier and read it until it falls apart.

please can someone explain why squats and deadlifts are good? i swear the only reason was for increased testosterone which is unnecessary when on AAS???!!
if someone can please give a proper reason why including leg work will improve upper body workout please say??

Because squats and deadlifts work nearly every muscle group in your body.

Your body was meant to pick heavy shit up from the ground. Bench pressing and curls have nothing to do with that task.

I guess you haven't had time to read the books I mentioned.

tell me you at least have a PCT planned.......

This is probably why steroids have a bad name. Reminds me of this:

asking why you need to work out the legs is like asking why a tree needs a strong trunk. your quads are the largest muscle in the body. makes no sense NOT to train the most respected muscle. last i checked we walked upright, we are not 4 legged animals.

legs must be trained like any other muscle group!! i train them every 3rd session of the gym, i train them as much as i train my chest/shoulders or arms.

also 100mg dbol ED is too much and dangerous. i really hope you are running liver support with it and not drinking any alcohol or even taking an aspirin or tylenol. lower it to 30mg a day.

they are considered the core lifts. they add size to you, its like asking why do you bench press? to add testosterone? Gyming ur legs hinders upper body gains? never heard of that before, every body part needs there time in the gym. I read that wendler ebook was worth it alot of interesting stuff in there. And besides all the gyming i also hope ur diet is good. You must be eating like 7000cals just for ur body to be coping and the amount you need to be sleeping you dont have enough time to eat that much. 10 sessions a week? Ronnie coleman are we? jokes. Jokes aside get more rest and the gains will increase again
