Off-setting strict low-carb diets with junk food.

Cheat day is not to be confused with "Eat till you puke day" - remember to be reasonable :D. I had a friend who would eat everything on saturdays and say he can't lift sunday because of a stomach ache - needless to say he never did get a six pack (although he chugged quite a few down on sats :D)
 
I think a cheat day may benefit you psychologically.. But it wont do anything for you physiologically..

And you would be surprised how many calories some guys can put away on one "cheat day." Especially if you are trying to lose fat.. You can easily add a pound of fat in one "cheat day"

Its always worked very well for me without going too far overboard or doing any real damage to my overall physique..if the pros tell you they eat strict all the time...well maybe some...others its called junk food and DNP.
