I won't go near a stair master!
I used to run 2-3 times a week before I hurt my foot. Always hated it!
One thing I don't mind is some of the ellipticals at my gym if you stand on them backwards it works ur quads and abs bcuz u have to pay attention to Wth ur doing or ur gonna face plant off the thing and kill urself lol ppl look at u strange . But it's a good burn . So I don't care what they think .
