Welcome to my Log! This log will be updated regularly to show the progress I am making in my offseason cycle I will be posting all progress on here. I use an App Called “Hevy” to track workouts if you haven’t used it I recommend it fantastic to track and easy to use.

All Gear is from @ez2plz top bloke and top gear.

Current Marcos: 220P 400C 100F Cals around 3200-3500

Steps : 10,000-12,000

Training Split: 2 days on 1 day off Push/Quads, Pull Hamstrings, Off, Shoulders/Arms, Legs, Off.

Tempo/Mechanical Tension style training in the 6-12 rep range for majority of body parts.

@FakeNatty1 current cycle is pretty good. You aren't going. So, overboard on the dosing, keeping things really low. But you're also mixing in some good steroid options.

@FakeNatty1 test E, mast E, primo and EQ are all on point!
this is a nice stack to put together. sort of close to the cycles i like to run lets hit this !
 
I would bare minimum 500-600 test to offset the estrogen crash potential you could be creating running both mast and primo, id either drop one mast or primo run the one u choose at 300mg and test at 500mg and golden imo
 
If you are estro sensitive I don't think you will have issues with the Primo bro..

I'm using these oils and e2 is sitting nice.
375 test
300 mast
500 Primo
140 tren

Just do your due diligence and watch the blood work and be mindful if sex drive or energy levels take a big dip 💪🏻

How long is the cycle going to last for?
Just wondering why adding Eq at the 6 week mark when it has a massive half life of approx 14 days.. You won’t reach close to full saturation for an additional 6 week approx. would be hard with managing e2 levels with this approach.

I would put it in from the start or not at all.

I’m sure this detail has been missed by those prior @SteveMobsterG @stevesmi

This is true sir I think I may drop the EQ leave it for the next run up the dose of test and add a little Primo?
