Wu-Shoulder presses w machine 60 3x12 Supersetted w 3x15 front and side laterals w 15lb dbs

Shoulder press machine-1x12-100
1x12-120
1x12-130
Supersetted with side laterals-3x12-20

One hand Shoulder presses reverse facing 1x12 each hand-40
1x12-50
1x12-50
Super setted with leaning side laterals-20's 3x12

Rear Delt machine- 1x12-50
1x12-60
1x12-80
Supersetted with standing frt laterals with rope.
3x12-80

Front laterals seated-3x12-25

Also did 3x15 Rear delt on machine one handed. Trainer just keeps me moving so fast through this that I don't have time to really log my weights.
Everything we are doing is supersetted. Heavy as I can stand it and moving at a pace with little to no rest in between. Shit is getting crazy!

Sitting face forward on a shoulder press machine chest touching pad rather than back touching pad. Then put one hand on shoulder press instead of two and push. Does that make sense bro?
 
Makes perfect sense! But due to the lack of a shoulder press machine I shall try this with DB's and see how it feels/works!

Agreed ! Treadmill and such I dislike greatly . Running outside I can tolerate . I'd rather do drills and circuits that get the cardio in with lifting . Lol but I suffer thru the stair master because it help keeps things high and tight and where they belong :) lol

I won't go near a stair master!
I used to run 2-3 times a week before I hurt my foot. Always hated it!
