@freakfit bros cocpop and rice milk sound good!
i like the cereal for carbs if you need something fast
but try 1 week without it and see if your body reacts

@freakfit Meals, look pretty solid on this. Maybe though, add some fruit if you want some extra carbs.
Some pineapple will help digestion.
