Today's workout- Shoulders and Abs
Warm up- 50 standing side laterals x2 w 5lb db's

Shrugs from rack- 1x20-135

Shoulder Presses DB seated-
1x12-40
1x12-50
1x12-60
1x12-70
1x8-80
1x8-80
Standing lateral raises-
1x15-20
1x15-25
1x15-25
1x15-25

Front Raises standing-
1x12-20
1x12-25
1x12-30
1x12-25
1x12-25
Rear Delt DB raises lying face down on incline bench-

Upright rows standing with short bar-

Like a mofo!! My traps are still sore today. My delts usually recover quite quickly but yesterday I wanted my mum. That just hurt but I couldn't stand that I thought it looked too daunting so I had to give it a try :)

Doubt I could do it 5 days in a row! I'm gonna give chest a go next, we ain't got lat or cable machines or even a leg extension so I'll have to modify some things but I'll give them all a go in terms of sets and reps. :evil:
 
"hard" ain't the word! Halfway through I was counting the sets and groaning when I saw more as I scrolled down on my phone!
