Hey lads here’s the workout I done tonight 👌🏽

**Day 3: Legs**

1. Belt squats

(5 sets of 8-12 reps) @ 100kg

2. Leg Press

(4 sets of 10-12 reps) @ 200kg + machine

3. Lunges

(4 sets of 10-12 reps per leg) @ bw

4. Leg Extensions

(3 sets of 12-15 reps) @ 70kg

5. Standing Leg Curls

(3 sets of 10-12 reps) @ 30kg
@JuicedMech-DJ this is a nice job on the legs right here. solid job with leg press, lunges, leg extensions etc. A++ job keep it up

5. Standing Leg Curls

(3 sets of 10-12 reps) @ 30kg
@JuicedMech-DJ This is a solid leg training session. Always nice to finish out with some staining leg curls really. Gotta make sure you work those hamstrings.

@JuicedMech-DJ squats, leg press and lunges. these are good. you don't see too many lunges being done. but they are really good for glutes and hammy's

@JuicedMech-DJ bros standing leg curls and leg extensions are my favorite leg training exercises. they look good! i agree with the guys above. this is the way to hit the legs!

@JuicedMech-DJ you are doing great. i like the leg training and i love the leg extensions and lunges. you won't go wrong
