Lying db curls face down on incline bench both arms same time-

Standing Dumbell Hammer Curls both arms same time-

Standing Barbell Curls-

Drop sets to failure taking a ten off each side until back to one 10lb on each side and rep until failure.

Good lord Owl my legs are so sore after a bike ride, this is amazing !

Tell me about it! My legs kill after a kickboxing session, 3 days to recover from lifting with my legs and even then I'm lucky if I can manage 12 decent sets!!
