Thursday-Missed my chest workout today. I will do chest tomorrow and legs on Saturday. My mother was very sick and I had to take her to the hospital and care for her until late last night. Woke up this am and was absolutely exhausted. Oh well. I will just miss arms this week I guess. I hate that shit but family comes first!

Trainer changed my routine up due to lethargy and just plain old exhaustion. This lower volume was really kind of fun but really didn't feel like I did shit this am but here it goes.
