Good deal cs! Bro really take a hard look at the fly presses 40 total reps 4 sets! Those are killer.

You mean the one where you alternate dumbell flys and presses for 2 sets of each @ 10 reps per set?

I'm gonna have to swap in chest press with flat bench and pec dec with regular flys. My gym has a seated leg curl and leg press but no other machines.

Yes 10 reps flat then 10 reps fly then 10 reps flat then 10 reps fly =1 set. Do 4 sets 40 total reps per set.

Thanks to all you guys for your well wishes. Greatly appreciated. Turned out to be a touch of salmonella so she is doing much better now. Trainer changed my routine up due to lethargy and just plain old exhaustion. This lower volume was really kind of fun but really didn't feel like I did shit this am but here it goes.

I'm glad to hear that , now is not the time for a tragedy to strike it will reak havoc on you and your body!
So keep your chin up and the eye on the prize!

Do you use the same weight for each or go heavier on the press?

For ex: 1st set I use 40lb dbs 2 3 and 4 I start w 40 and half way thru drop down to 30 its brutal bro. So I would do 10 press 10 fly w 40 drop down and immediately do another 10 and 10 w 30. Like a superset.
