Went a little lighter on these today. I am a bodybuilder not a power lifter and these were wrecking my back.

Each set done wide grip and then underhand.

Barbell Bentover Rows from low rack. These are done overhand and under hand as well.

Great workout this am. Feeling good. Still wondering why about 2 to 3 pm I am crashing really bad. Like I can't hardly keep my eyes open. However Sugar Free Red Bull seems to fix it.:worried:

Flat bench dumbbell and fly presses combined. This is done in 4 sets of 40. Fly press 10, Flat press 10, Fly press 10, Flat press 10. No stopping until complete.
