Killed. Moving 5 day split back to Tues thru Sat. Seems just to work better for me. Legs were shaking all the way through post workout meal so I did something right. I did take some pics this am but I think I am going to get someone to take some better one's of me tomorrow. It is really hard to pose and hold the camera phone at the same time! Lol And IMO they do not represent my physique well. So I will do that as promised tomorrow and they will be posted no later than Monday!
