Lately my stomach has been in knots....severe knots......99% of the time it's after I train......now, we all know nutrition is key PW, but it's been virtually impossible to eat enough. I've been able to mustar in maybe a cup of egg whites and some whey when I finish, but barely. Then before bed I force another casein shake down and eat some peanuts. My ? for you is, what do you eat PW, any suggestions on something that is gentile on your stomach?
