i will do bloodwork this week
no diet issues i eat the same foods everyday without changes
i lost almost 10 kg in 3 weeks and 4 days
maybe thats why i lost a lot of my strength
my training split is
Day 1 Back (12/14 sets) rear delt (4 sets) Tricep (10 sets high intensity) 6-10 reps all exercises
Day 2 Chest (12 sets) + Biceps (10 sets)
Day 3 Legs or Rest Training legs once in two weeks
Day 4 Shoulders (12-16 sets)
Day 5 Back + Rear Delt + Tricep same thing
Day 6 Chest + Shoulders (6 sets) + Bicep same thing
i was doing before 3 weeks
46 kg incline dumbbel press 8 reps
now i am doing 6/8 reps with 36kg and i am struggling maybe its because i lost almost 10kg in 3 weeks
maybe its because the cutting and cardio idk
