Ok 7 weeks done and this is kinda crazy,
I'm up 9lbs.. Thought it would be more, but diet wasn't all that crazy i've upped the cals expecting to gain more.
Bench press: Up by 22lbs
Bent over row: Up by 22lbs
Squat: Up by 33 lbs
Upright row: Up by 33 lbs
Numbers are crazily high!
