HEy girl! Well, welcome to EF & congrats on your progress to date. My one comment is to get rid of some of the MRPs, etc & get some real food in there. Especially those protein bars. They are ok if you are in a bind and need to eat, but as a regular part of your diet, much less 2+ times/day, not a great food source.

I'd also ask if you've tried doing a carb rotation. That helps me ALOT when it comes to cutting.

Welcome!

I STRONGLY second what Sassy said about too many liquid meals.

FOr some sample diets try checking out the stickies at the top. The one titled "Links to top threads" has a TON of sample diets.

Welcome to EF. At 19% bf your probably looking pretty damn good !!!

Ms.

Thanks for all the input. All my excess weight is on my midsection. Everywhere else is looking OK now. Im not where I want to be yet.

That tends to be one of the last places to lose bodyfat from -- since you can't spot reduce all you can really do is just keep plugging away at the diet. The training will help tighten and make what you have appear to be leaner as you go as well.

You didn't note how often you modify your diet. If you don't at all that's pretty much why you hit a plateau. Your body has adjusted to the diet you are feeding it and the ability to respond by optimum fat burning is dropped. Then its time to change it up again to get a better response. Diet is the easiest thing to change to see results so that's where we always start. General rules of thumb are eat 5-6 small meals/ day, drink at least your bodyweight in oz. of water and get rid of as much processed food as you can & stick to real food. That's where all your meal replacements &what not are probably a source of hindrance for you.
