New to Forum, Diet Advice Please?

Hi there, i have been reading these forums for some time now for advice, and realized i need help with my diet/nutrition, i was hoping some of you could give me a strict diet plan that you think would work for me, here is alittle bit about me...
Ok i am 4 ft 11 and 1/2 and weigh 100 pounds, (i am 29 yrs old )
I used to be bulimic and weighed from 86-92 pounds while i was , that was 6 years ago, but i have been weight lifting since i stopped being bulimic, i have also gained a bit of body fat, i am hypoglycemic and found i must eat every 2-2.5 hours in order to not shake and get dizzy,
here is a day of my good dieting...

breakfast-1/2 cup oatmeal & 8 oz skim milk
snack-balance bar
lunch-turkey w. 1 slice cheese on lite whole wheat bread
snack-1/4 cup almonds
dinner-turkey hot dog w/ bun & veggies(tomatos and cucumbers) with balsamic dressing
snack- cucumber slices with low cal ranch, and a glass of skim milk or 3 egg whites,

ok i find i am still starving at nite time, but i dont want to over eat, and i just started eating less, usually i would eat something bad at dinner time, like pizza or somthing bad, but i cut that out recently, i drink tons and tons of water,
Workouts, 5 day a week body split and i hate cardio but i will force myself to do high intensity for 20 mins, i cant do anymore i do it pretty hard for 20 mins, but i dont think i do it enough times a week, only like 2 times.
i want to lose bf% i am about 17% right now i used to be at 12% but had little definition cuz i didnt lift at that time, i noticed i am getting cellulite on back of thigs and i never had this before so i really want to get in top shape for myself the healthy way, i wouldlike to get down to 95 pounds and 11-12% bf, if possible, could anyone offer me some advice on diet & cardio???
Thankyou so much Amy

Hey girl :wavey:... I Like the pit in your avi...

Welcome and great job on overcoming your problem...sorry I cannot specifically address the issues that surround and accompany bulimia, but looks like you're doing great so far ;)

I've posted this before, but I like Daisy's suggestions here Click me ... what do you think about something like this? Trying to get YOUR input as well...

What exactly are you doing for weight training?

Thanks for replying Bunny, that is Senorita my dog, she isnt a Pitt tho, she is a Presa Canario, (Spanish Mastiff) that pic of her makes her look like a Pittbull, but she is actually a lot bigger around 120 pounds, ok, enough about my lil girl, LOL

For weights i do a split, like this

Day 1 chest shoulder (bench, pushups mil press etc)
Day 2 back biceps (lat pulls, cable rows, incline curls, hammers 21's) etc.
Day 3 Legs Triceps ( squats, jump squats, deads, calves, leg ext)
and then i rest a day or two and repeat, and i usually do abs about 3 times a week, i have definition but also some extra bf covering up , i just really want to be lean again, but a good lean with muscle .
Nowi i will go click on what u posted, thanks a lot

Do you have any cardio advice, i cant stand any longer than 20-25 mins 30 at the most, i usually do the stairclimber, i dont like the tread mill or bike, how many days weekly do u think i should aim for, for bf% loss?

Awwwwww HOW CA_UTE!!!

Look at the little stinkers below... like I have time for ANY puppies these days...

For cardio, You should be fine with 3 days High Intensity Interval Training -

Maybe...
- 5 min warm up / 5 min cool down
- 20 minutes for 10 cycles - 60 seconds HARD as possible, 60 seconds of active recovery (approx 30-40% effort)

Then maybe add a day Saturday or Sunday for pilates, kickboxing, something like that?

You might want to check the old Project Sticky Up Top for workout routines relating to HIIT for ideas to maybe spice things up for you... more here...

I Love cardio but I am weird ... :D

Like Bunny, I love cardio. :) HIIT really is the best for cardio. You feel like superwoman when done (if you aren't struggling to walk to your car). HIIT should be done 2-3x a week, no more.

Bunny posted my basic, general thought for a clean diet. There also are other variations of it in the sticky up top called "Links to top threads". The Shadow Project stick should really help you get ideas for how weight training should be done.

Good luck, stay healthy. You have battled a really tough thing - let it give you strength. Post often, don't be afraid to ask as many questions as you want! :)

Thankyou guys for all your advice i will start making changes asap, and as for those pups, they are just too cute for words!!!
