Where are the calves? :) Just razzing you bro. Your back has some good width... I can't tell how "thick" it is though from the pic... your arms have decent size, but, maybe from the way you are flexing, I can't see much peak on the bi's...

But you DEFINATLY have a good base going there and you have the tools to turn it up a notch...

*Calf raises...* :)

hi , thanks for the input. i appreciate feedback, even if its bad. as for my calves, ive trained them HARD for years and have put on some size. though they are still not big enough, at around 16.5 inches. im going for total symettry and balance as opposed to sheer mass. being symetrical, my calves should be the same size as my 17.5 inch arms.

thnx guys,

take care

hehe... symmetry? You'd have to get everything caught up to your back, decrease the size in your lower back... can't see the front to tell you about your chest... hmm... Still... compared to the rest of your body, your calves still stick out as much smaller.

Like I said, you have a great foundation to do what you want to do with it... Don't worry about the calves... the Great ARNOLD used to have smaller calves, and he took most of his posing pictures standing in water at first!!! :)
