New Guy

Thanks everyone I will keep updating ofcourse. I've decided the cardio can go! My BF like I mentioned is always real low, everything is pretty much supersets to keep up the HR. It's a one month experiment and after I'll probably take off a full week and then come back with another bulking routine maybe all parts twice a week spread out so everything gets three days recovery. I agree with those of you who feel it's on the brink of overtraining I'm attempting to make up for it with sleep and diet.

Ingram I've never heard that you need 4! days to recover. Is this true? I'm always looking to add Body Mass and if one needs four full days recovery before training that part again it's possible that a lot of us are not growing to are full potential. Please give more info.

Well to be honest the 4 days rest could be 3 days for some and 5-6 for others. If your training to have a nice looking fit body then doing chest 3 times a week is fine. You chest will be full and saturated all week long. After months of this your chest might even grow a bit. However, if you’re trying to put on some serious size you have to lift heavy. Lifting heavy is not only hard on your muscles but also your tendons, joints, etc… they need time to heal as well. Now if all of these things don’t heal to there fullest you’re not going to be able to work your muscles as hard as possible (which is kind of a requirement when you are bulking)

Anyone agree/disagree? I’d love to hear other opinions.

So if I were to follow. I would go really heavy everybody part once a week accept maybe Calves and Abs and when I went to a strengthening type workout move up to multiple times per week? It makes sense. I'll probably revise the workout. Remember the original idea was that maybe I could combine a strengthening and Bulking routine. Thanks guys! Lots of great info so far.:D
