So, I was feeling kind of tired in the gym today. I haven't been sleeping real well lately for the past 2-3 nights - probably only 6-6 1/2 hours of sleep a night - not my usual 8+. Anyway, feeling kind of lethargic, then I just thought - pull your head out of your ass and get to work. So, I didn't beat my PR by much, only 5 lbs. total, but it was still just a matter of breaking through and getting to new territory under the circumstances and condition - hit 320 today to finish up on BS's.
