I have been dieting seriously and lifting semi-serious for 1 month and I have a mean BF% of 7.5 and I am still putting on lean mass, but slowly. I would like to know what kind of a diet I should adopt to put on 20-40 pounds in the near long term and 60-80 in the long term. I am 6' with a medium frame, and currently weigh 160. I dont think eventually bulking up to 240 would be impossible with time and effort. I have no problem with dedication to working out I lift 1 hour a day 4-5 days a week and do isometrics on the off days.
