Need help with protien

I have been dieting seriously and lifting semi-serious for 1 month and I have a mean BF% of 7.5 and I am still putting on lean mass, but slowly. I would like to know what kind of a diet I should adopt to put on 20-40 pounds in the near long term and 60-80 in the long term. I am 6' with a medium frame, and currently weigh 160. I dont think eventually bulking up to 240 would be impossible with time and effort. I have no problem with dedication to working out I lift 1 hour a day 4-5 days a week and do isometrics on the off days.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
With such a low bf% and looking to put on a lot of mass, just eat, eat, eat. Lots of protein (Tuna, chicken/turkey, cottage cheese, whey shakes, etc.), oatmeal and good carb sources, leafy greens and don't forget the EFA's.

Browse this forum and see what others are doing then put together a diet plan and the guys here can help you tweak it.
