About a month and a half ago, I was involved in a car accident that resulted in leg injuries. As a result, I've been unable to go to the gym, and the doctor said to wait about another 3 and a half to 4 weeks before returning to the gym. I am currrently looking to lose about 15 lbs, but I'm unsure as to what my caloric intake should be, seeing that I won't be doing very much exercise for the next few weeks. In addition, my metabolism is kind of sluggish, to me at least. I'm 5'5", 140lbs, female. Any diet advice and advice about caloric intake would be much appreciated. Thank you
