......today, continued...

8am- egg whites and broc

11am- orange roughy and spinach

4pm- 1 can of tuna

7pm- chicken breast

I know, not nearly enough food. Just couldn't get myself to eat, today.:worried:......... maybe im adjusting.
 
Less food is better than wine. WTG on that goal... its gotta be hard I know. Especially at home with the baby and you're unwinding for the day... habits kick in hard core at night. What is orange roughy and natty peanut butter?
 
Ur doin good hon...main thing is that ur feelin better and ur still modivated to do it... it will come together for ya an u can add or delete to ur diet as u go...

Agreed. It IS hard at night... but its getting easier as the days go by..

Natty PB is all natural peanut butter. YUM.
 
FUK! Darn it. I thought I broke my ankle but after HOURS(waiting, xray and MRI) in the ER, they said I have a torn anterior talo-fibular ligament. Basically, a bad sprain or whatever. This sucks. Now, I gotta find a way to work out on one leg,lol.
Its all about making memories......
