11/16/03 Deadlift 400(havent had a full meet since)
the training for june 21st
safety squat bar 425-3 450-3 all good depth(ALL RAW just belt NO WRAPS OR SUITS)prior trainigncycle 460-3 withfull gear!!!
so we will see how that plays out
any guessees on where mysquat will be with the straight bar??
ill keep postin when i get my logs fully loaded!
