60 min on stepmill then sprints after lifting? Holy crap! how long are you at the gym? lol
I love the stepmill. Love love love. I have found doing intervals on the stepmill is super intense - I've done HIIT on it with great success.
Yesterday workout was stepmill then sprints, worked all day and went back and lifted. I'm usually at the gym on a normal from 5am to 8am. I usually do stepmill, lift then more cardio right after but my work schedule changed this week.
Hitt on the stepmill is a nice change of pace! I might try that!
