After a solid 10 weeks of bulking it was time to cut down and so I took a look at the "All Natural Peanut Butter Diet-By Mr. X". I studied the premise and after I did some additional reading decided to give it a try and after 2 weeks..WOW I am impressed!
Start Stats:
-6'2"
-234 lbs.
AFTER 2 WEEKS
-still 6' 2"
-213 LBS!
Lost 21 pounds in 14 days!
Intake is 6 meals a day with 30 grams of whey protien and 3.2 tbsp. of ANPB. I am up early so my meal times are:
5:30, 8:30,12:30, 3:00, 6:00+ 9:00
I give myself one free day( I use Sunday) where I eat whatever I want..and I mean whatever I want! I gain back 2-5 pounds the next day, but that is gone in no more then two days. I needed a free day to keep motivation and eat with my family at least once a week keeps me saine....ish! I know some of you will say that is counter productive, but I am not a pro, I just enjoy working out...so why not!
Facts:
-After the inital hunger subsided (mild hunger for 1.5 days) the diet was easy
-simple and easy to follow
-no hunger
-for busy people, it is MUCH easier then preparing regular meals
-work-outs were a little tough the first 2 days, but then energy was not an issue
Helpfull Hints:
-Be sure to always take your vitamin suppplents
-If you have a "Bulk Barn" store near you it is MUCH cheaper to buy your ANPB there, but you have to scoop it yourself
-Be sure to have a shake every 4 hours. If you wait to long you will be hungry
-Use the lowest carb. protien shake you can find. I got a good deal on a few tubs from GNC and they have 3 grams per shake
-be sure to drink 2-3 liters of water a day minimum
-Jell-O lite (sugar free) is ok once a day I make a double batch and eat it all in one sitting, every day. Total carbs 0.8 g.
-I had the odd salad as well, no dressing, no carrots just lettuce cucumber, tomatoes and green/red peppers
MOST IMPORTANT- Except for your cheat day do not cheat!
