In september I will start my first cycle that willconsist of only testosterone. On the side of PED's I have everythingwell covered and researched. But I need more information aboutnutrition. This is the kind of meal plan that I have by now:
Breakfast - oatmeals, or cottage cheese with yogurt,or eggs with something meaty
pre-lunch - protein shake
Lunch - rice with some meat
pre-dinner - protein shake
Dinner - meat with some veggies
Do you think this kind of meal plan is good enoughfor someone on cycle?
