My new Cycle

OK, im starting my cycle today. Its one day ealier than i expected but who cares im sick of waiting! lol and plus off to the gym in a little while.

Here is a pic of how im looking at the moment ! hopefully by the end of this there will be a big improvement!

I'd also throw in 1500mg Niacin before bed, and Red Yeast Rice and CO-Q10, and maybe a garlic supplement for your cholesterol numbers since the winny will screw that up big time. Do some searches on here as two what people use to maintain healthy cholesterol numbers.

HI ive been looking at this niacin. What is its purpose? seems like 1500mg before bed is likely to have me sweating my nuts off within 20mins unable to sleep?!

Niacin is one of the best supplements for lowering bad cholesterol and increasing the good. 1500mg would seem low to some - most studies used 2 grams or more. I use the flush free or you'll be itching - there are some that feel the flush free doesn't work, or only works some, but I've found it works well enough to not endure the niacin itch your get from non-flush-free.
 
oh ok! wicked thanks for the helpagain dude! i didnt realise there was flush free version! I did take some last night just 200mg and i looked like a beetroot was pretty funny. Didnt itch though so perhaps i can cope with that. Wouldnt fancy droping 1500mg though? i cant even imagine what that woudl be like! lol

Ok have been on cycle now for 3 weeks, at 600mg test per week. Im not 100% about this test though? in all fairness as soon as i first took i started to be horny as f**k all day long? but im not noticing too much growth? have put on about 4-5lbs max. I know im not eating perhaps as much as i needed to be but i have eaten pretty close to the diet plan? what do you think?

here is another pic of how im looking now? Ive heard that it take about 3-4 weeks before test really starts to kick in is this true? do you think it might be worth increasing my dosages or should i just stick with it and perhaps eat more?

just thought id give you all an update got about 3 weeks left on cycle...
been on wini for coulpe weeks now as well, love wini seems to work wicked for me. Have gone up by near 20kg on my bench as well.

Gonna do a cycole of clen after my pct is done, reackon i should cut up pretty sweet! have put on a bit of belly fat from eating this much and not doing so much cardio.

Am really thinking of a big strong pct to try and keep as much as possible!
