My new Cycle

Alright Lads,

Just wanted to run my proposed new cycle passed everyone and see if anyone has any suggestions for imporvments, main in terms of timing and dosages. Am especailly uncertian of how im going to run my PCT, although i have already procured the nessessary items there is allot of contradicitng infomation online and thought perhaps someone with a bit of experinace might be able to help

Let me start by saying im 5ft 7" , 155lbs and 26 years old. I am not a huge bodybuilder and have done 1 cycle before which was really aimed at improving strength and getting cut and toned rather than huge and Hulk like.

With this cycle i would like to achieve a musley/toned look.

I have started a high protien diet on 1st January, to reduce BF before i start cycle. I know that ill need to increase my protein and carb intake when i start cycle, although was thinking i am relucatant to have any more carbs as i put weight/fat on really easy. Would rather live on protien if that will work?

my diet looks like this roughly each day

8am Protein Shake (40g protien ) + raw egg (6g)

11am peanuts (handfull)

1pm - 300g Cooked chicken breast and apple

5pm - Fish with steamed Veg

10.00 Protien shake again with Raw egg

(total calories on average 1700-2200) pre cycle.

This is the juice ive procured for the cycle

2 x 10ml Test E (300mg/ml)
2 x 10ml Winstrol (50mg/ml)
15 x 50mg amps of Stanazolol injectable

also have

1 box Clomid
1 box Nolva
1 amp HCG

and 120 Clenbuterol tablets. (about 4/5 weeks on worth)

Plan for cycle looks like this at present

week 1-12 Test E at 250mg x every 5 days
Week 8- 16 Wistrol or Stanazolol at 50mg EOD

Not sure when or if i should use the Clen? was thinking of using it for the final 5 weeks on the stanas?

Wait 3 weeks for start PCT

Clomid 300mg day 1
100mg daily for next 7 days
50mg for next 14 days

HCG 1 injection per week for 3 weeks at start of PCT?
 
Personally, I'd get your diet restructured. I'm counting maybe 1500 calories in what you have listed, and I would not call that high protein at all. I'd add carbs into your breakfast (and actually have a breakfast), and also switch your peanuts with some walnuts, pecans or almonds, and twice a day. And get some more protein in there - just to start.
 
Thanks for the advice lads! i appreciate any advice i can get to help me out. Figured id have to reconstruct the diet, this is more of a diet "diet" for pre cycle, am starting my test 1st feb, ive gained a bit of fat and excess weight over xmas due to xmas and an injury which ive been resting so wanted to sort that out first.

Ill use this template of a diet though and add in more protein and carbs but was unsure exacly how much. What do you think about adding in another protien shake at midday, changing the nuts about and trying to add in more protien. How many calories do you think i should be lookgin to get in there for ON cylce ? Also im using a pure whey protien power, do you think this is best considering my goals or should i switch to a higer carb and calorie (size up) power?

Having a breakfast is cool with me! im always hungry and being on a diety 24/7 is missions! lol was thinking maybe about throwing a few boiled eggs into each day as well to add extra meals and more protien, what do you think?

also Eclen have you got any advice on when woudl be best to utalise my clen?

Add some carbs to your breakfast, and add eggs. The morning breakfast should be loaded with protein, fats, and some carbs, best time for all three.

If you are worried about carbs and storing them, then stick with slow / low glycemic carbs like green vegies and whole grains, and spread them out over the day in small helpings.

I'd add eggs and oatmeal to your breakfast. I'd add some wholegrains (Kashi 7 grain snack bar or something like that) or even some yogurt instead with your nuts snack.

Carbs aren't bad, just if you have a propensity for storing fat, avoid taking in insulin spiking carbs and carbs in high amounts in general. Spread them out. Throw some Flax oil in there too. You should be able to up your calories to atleast 2500 with just these additions. Get your cardio in, or add some intensity to your workouts to keep your metabolism moving. And i'd switch your nighttime protein to a good casein.

I'd even think of adding a carb-up day a week just to keep your muscles full (200-300 more calories from carbs than normal). But for some that doesn't matter. If you restrict your calories to 2500 or so, you won't gain a bunch of muscle, but you will probably recomp from fat to muscle, or just lose fat and maintain muscle.

As for the cycle, I am not an expert, but I'd run thge winstrol till week 14, not 16. That low dose test E will be running out in week 14, and I wouldn't want to be running winny "alone" when I'm trying to come back. I'd also run the HCG during cycle to week 14, I think it would make for a softer landing. Then do the Clomid beginning of week 15 based on when you pinned the last test e (say if you pinned at the end of week 12).

As for the clen, can't speak intelligently about that, mixed reviews, and never been interested in researching it.

Do you have your liver covered?

I'd say your diet is more in line. I'd add some whey (20g) to your 11pm casein shake since you are working out so late, that shake will act as a PWO and before bed shake - or have a 20-25g whey shake right after workout - you'll be in a very catabolic state at that time. I'd almost say add some carbs there, but since you are prone to storing fat, you don't really want carbs that late at night.

For Liver, I'd get something more complete with R-ALA and NAC in it - you could check out Forged Liver Support from Needtobuildmuscle (sponsor).

I'd also throw in 1500mg Niacin before bed, and Red Yeast Rice and CO-Q10, and maybe a garlic supplement for your cholesterol numbers since the winny will screw that up big time. Do some searches on here as two what people use to maintain healthy cholesterol numbers.
 
Have you considered adding HCGenerate to your PCT?
