Approved Log My lifestyle Diet Training Prep log

Plan for tomorrow is shoulders. I won’t include weights until tomorrow after I complete the workout. My goal is to increase volume every week whether that is additional reps, sets or weight.

Hammer strength shoulder press: 4 sets of 12,10,8,6 (hoping to hit 65,70,75,80 pounds)
Dumbbell lateral raise: 4 sets of 15 reps
Dumbbell shrugs: 4 sets of 12 reps
Machine reverse fly: 4 sets of 12
Cable rope face pull: 4 sets of 15
Cable tricep extensions: 3 sets 15 reps
Incline ez bar tricep extensions: 3 sets 15 reps

Plus I will do 10 minutes of cardio at the end of workout and try and get another 15-20 minutes after work.

I plan to start incorporating dips with my arm day on Fridays. Will post complete results of workout tomorrow. Looking forward to it!
Yes I love eggs and oatmeal. Also had a protein shake before and immediately after working out before I ate breakfast.
@BrightFuture lateral raises need to go up in reps

Today was arm day. Gym was pretty packed so I couldn’t start off with my hammer strength incline chest press but hit it later in the workout. Today I also tried the cable high pulley for the tricep overhead extensions. Not sure what was up with the weight on this thing. Dramatic changes between 30, 40 and 50 pounds. 30 was so easy it took no effort while 40 felt challenging and 50 was very very difficult. Just thought it was odd. Finished off with some stair stepper cardio.

Ez Bar Curl: 15x30 10x60 10x60 10x60
Plate loaded preacher curl: 15x35 10x45 10x45 14x45
Dumbbell hammer curl 3 sets of 15 with 20 pounds and 1 set of 12 with 25
Hammer strength incline press: 15x45 12x55 12x55
Ez Bar tricep extension 4x10 50pounds
Tricep pushdown 3x15 80 pounds and1x12 80 pounds
High pulley rope tricep extension: 12x40 12x40 10x40 12x30

A couple of additional notes. Absolutely loving the ez bar tricep extensions! Feel these are more taxing on triceps than anything else. I think I should maybe increase the weight on the dumbbell hammer curls but not sure. Pretty much everyone I see doing these do them light and very slow. I have been doing these extremely slow, one set takes a while. I love the feeling in the bicep when these are done this way.

All in all I am feeling great! Been going to the gym later in the day this week but plan to be back on my normal early morning workouts. Prefer it when it’s less busy so I don’t have to arrange my workout based on what’s available.
love arm day. great update bro

Today was shoulder day and it was great.

Hammer strength shoulder press: 15x55 12x65 10x75 8x80 6x85
Dumbbell lateral raise: 15x15 15x15 12x15 12x15
Barbell shrug behind back: 4 sets of 15 with 135 pounds(these felt great on the traps definitely my favorite shrug exercise)
Machine reverse fly: 15x75 15x75 12x75 20x45
Cable rope face pull: 4 sets of 20 with 80 pounds
Ez bar incline tricep extension: 3 sets of 12 with 50 pounds
Cable tricep push down: 20x80 15x80 12x80

The hammer strength shoulder press I used today was a little different. Instead of sitting straight up it has you at an incline. Definitely felt this in my shoulders but thinking the regular hammer strength one might be safer as the weights go up. The weights are definitely increasing, sometimes I am shocked how much more I can add lol.

Also a side not, a very good side note. I was getting ready for work this morning and I could barely get my undershirt on over my shoulders, back, chest and arms. That was an amazing feeling and a huge motivation boost for sure! Wife has also noticed some differences as well.

Only bad thing is I did not do cardio today as I did not have time. I slept in a little later than usual which is unlike me. I figure every once in awhile that’s not a bad thing as long as I still get in the gym. Plus I can do cardio anywhere.

@BrightFuture good volume stay very powerful

I'm a big fan of the Hammer Strength machine as well in fact that was the machine I started using when I first started lifting and it built me a strong base
Yes I love these hammer strength machines especially for shoulder presses and incline chest presses.

Today was leg day. And it was a good one. Only downside is it that it was very warm in the gym, even my wife thought it was hot and she never feels hot like that. Started off with cardio on the elliptical.

Hammer strength squat: 12x90 12x90 12x140 10x160 8x180
Calf raise: 20x135 15x155 15x175 14x195
Plate loaded leg press: 12x90 12x180 10x270
Leg curl: 20x105 20x120 18x135 30x75
Leg extension: 15x105 15x120 15x120 14x135

Plan to start dramatically increasing the weights on the plate loaded leg press. Thinking 270 was nowhere near enough but still more than I did last week(first time doing them). Much bettter than the regular leg press machines. Same goes for hammer strength squat need to increase the weight on that quite a bit. Was presently surprised to hit 18 reps for 135 pounds on the leg curl, definitely more than I have done before when you consider the rep/weight I used. Finished off with some elliptical machine but only did 8 minutes as it was just unusually warm today. Will make up for the cardio this after soon though.

All in all feeling great! Ready for arm day tomorrow!

that's good that's your wife is training with you you should have her post the log as well

Alright today was chest/triceps day. Details below:

Barbell bench press: 10x115 8x120 6x125 3x135 1x135 1x135
Hammer strength incline: 12x45 10x65 6x65
Hammer strength chest press: 10x45 10x45 10x45
Machine fly: 15x75 15x75 13x75 12x75
EZ Bar Incline tricep extension: 15x40 12x50 12x50 12x50
Tricep push down: 12x70 12x70 12x70 15x50

I also started workout with 1 set of dumbbell bench for 10 reps with 50 pounds plus a couple lighter weight sets as well while I was waiting for a bench to open up. For barbell bench I went with a wider grip as suggested here and it felt much better in my chest. Got a good pump in both chest and triceps today and definitely felt good.

For barbell bench, that first set of 115 at 10 reps felt easy. But as I went further on I felt like my muscles were a bit tired. I feel like I can bench way more than this but these higher rep sets are just tough. Maybe the pushups that everyone is suggesting will help with that. Regardless though I have noticed substantial increases in my ability to tolerate sets in the 8 plus range for all body parts. Definitely making a lot of progress! Also did 10 minutes of stair stepper.

Tomorrow is back and bicep day. Attached a meal pictures as well.
good work bro

nice work here

Also additionally, I plan to start a cycle soon. Rolling with domestic-supply for 400mg test/week. Instead of using the tbol I was thinking of either just running the test by itself or maybe rad-140(from umbrella labs) at 20mg/day. Of course I will have aromasin, nolvadex and N2Guard as well. Thoughts? Likely placing this order within the next week.

@BrightFuture @domestic-supply.com good call to go with them. For the rad140 testolone check RCS - https://researchchemicals.co/
they have pills tabs easier to use

20mgs/day rad140 with 300mgs testosterone enough
7caps n2guard with some aromasin light

Thank you. I have been on the RCS website quite a bit today. My main goal is to build some muscle mass and lose some fat. Thinking rad 140 might be better than the tbol since I can run it the whole cycle. Would adding in lgd be too much?

To what aim?

Today was chest and tricep day. Was a little tired because I think the time change threw me off a bit but still had a good workout.

Barbell bench press: 3x135 3x135 4x135 5x135
Hammer incline chest press: 12x45 8x70 8x70
Hammer chest press: 12x45 12x45 12x45
Machine fly: 15x75 15x75 15x75 12x75
EZ Bar incline tricep extension: 12x60 12x60 10x60 10x60
Cable rope tricep pushdown: 15x60 15x60 15x60 15x40(after third set I skipped the rest time and went straight into the 4th set)

Barbell bench…this is a weird one. I warmed up prior to starting. It seemed like each set got easier than the last one. Thought that was kinda odd. Maybe I am getting stronger than I am giving myself credit for but idk. Also did 15 minutes cardio at the end.

that's a good sign that you're feeling like you're getting stronger I like to hear that

If you can't get results on test only, something is wrong! People forget how powerful a test only cycle can be. Adding RAD is certainly a good option too. Glad to see you will have the aromasin on hand before starting the cycle. Smart move.

Today was back and biceps. Also hit a new weight on the barbell row(180 pounds). Felt like I could have probably done more. See details below(repsxweight)

Barbell row: 12x135 10x155 8x175 6x180
Cable lat pulldown wide grip: 12x105 12x120 9x135 12x105
Seated row: 12x120 10x135 8x150 15x90
Straight arm pulldown: 15x80 15x80 12x80 25x50(25 super slow reps)
Ez bar curl: 12x50 12x50 12x50
Dumbbell hammer curl: 12x25 12x25 12x25

Next week I am contemplating trying 225 on the barbell row just to see if I can get 1 rep. I was kinda surprised at how relatively easy even 180 was. Granted it took effort but not near as much as I would have thought. Also did cardio at the end. Been a great day and I got so many big changes on the horizon! Major one is career change but will likely take a month off before jumping into my next career.

Also, I am planning to 10 week cycle:

Weeks 1-10
300mg/week test e
.5mg armidex eod

Weeks 1-6
Turinabol 50mg/day

Weeks 11-14
Armidex: .5mg
Nolvadex: 20mg
HCGenerate

Plus N2Guard throughout cycle.

Waiting for my account to confirm so I can actually get crypto before ordering.

@BrightFuture you're doing well and I think 225 you can pull it up DO IT

Nice cycle the n2guard is on point but tbol can go into week 7 even IMO

Yeah I definitely think I can hit that 225 atleast 1 time!

Will consider adding another week to it. Just waiting for my account to confirm so I can actually buy the crypto. Might have to call them tomorrow to figure out why it’s not showing up.

Today was shoulder day. See details below(repsxweights)

Hammer strength shoulder press: 15x45 12x55 10x65 8x75 6x85
Barbell behind back shrug: 15x135 15x185 15x205 12x225
Lateral raise: 20x15 15x15 15x15 15x15
Machine reverse fly: 20x60 17x60 15x60 12x60
Cable rope facepull: 20x90 20x90 15x90 15x90

Fun workout for sure! Got some good cardio in at end and I really pushed myself harder on it than I have been. Noticing every week I seem to be able to do more and more of pretty much everything. Only downside is I am having a hell of a time getting the crypto set up for some reason. Going to have to call them and figure out what’s going on.

Also attaching a picture of the meal I am about to eat.

Today was bench press plus arms. Think I am about to hit a breakthrough on the bench press. Trying to get to 10 with 135 and still think Monday might be the day.

Barbell bench: 3x135 4x135 6x135
EX Bar Tricep extension: 12x60 12x60 12x60 10x60
Hammer strength tricep dip: 15x90 12x140 11x160 10x160
Tricep pushdown: 20x80 20x80 15x80 20x60
EZ Bar curl: 4 sets of 12 50 pounds(also nice and slow)
Preacher curl: 12x45 12x45 12x45 10x45
Hammer curl: 4 sets of 12 25 pounds

I also did an additional set of tricep pushdowns superset with cable curls at 50 pounds. Did 40 reps for the pushdown and 30 for the curls just to finish it off. Also 10 minutes of cardio to start and 10 minutes to end. Good fun workout.
