If you can't get results on test only, something is wrong! People forget how powerful a test only cycle can be. Adding RAD is certainly a good option too. Glad to see you will have the aromasin on hand before starting the cycle. Smart move.
 
Today was back and biceps. Also hit a new weight on the barbell row(180 pounds). Felt like I could have probably done more. See details below(repsxweight)

Barbell row: 12x135 10x155 8x175 6x180
Cable lat pulldown wide grip: 12x105 12x120 9x135 12x105
Seated row: 12x120 10x135 8x150 15x90
Straight arm pulldown: 15x80 15x80 12x80 25x50(25 super slow reps)
Ez bar curl: 12x50 12x50 12x50
Dumbbell hammer curl: 12x25 12x25 12x25

Next week I am contemplating trying 225 on the barbell row just to see if I can get 1 rep. I was kinda surprised at how relatively easy even 180 was. Granted it took effort but not near as much as I would have thought. Also did cardio at the end. Been a great day and I got so many big changes on the horizon! Major one is career change but will likely take a month off before jumping into my next career.
 
Also, I am planning to 10 week cycle:

Weeks 1-10
300mg/week test e
.5mg armidex eod

Weeks 1-6
Turinabol 50mg/day

Weeks 11-14
Armidex: .5mg
Nolvadex: 20mg
HCGenerate

Plus N2Guard throughout cycle.

Waiting for my account to confirm so I can actually get crypto before ordering.

Nice cycle the n2guard is on point but tbol can go into week 7 even IMO

Yeah I definitely think I can hit that 225 atleast 1 time!

Will consider adding another week to it. Just waiting for my account to confirm so I can actually buy the crypto. Might have to call them tomorrow to figure out why it’s not showing up.

Barbell behind back shrug: 15x135 15x185 15x205 12x225
Lateral raise: 20x15 15x15 15x15 15x15
Machine reverse fly: 20x60 17x60 15x60 12x60
Cable rope facepull: 20x90 20x90 15x90 15x90

Fun workout for sure! Got some good cardio in at end and I really pushed myself harder on it than I have been. Noticing every week I seem to be able to do more and more of pretty much everything. Only downside is I am having a hell of a time getting the crypto set up for some reason. Going to have to call them and figure out what’s going on.

Also attaching a picture of the meal I am about to eat.
