Today was back and biceps. Also hit a new weight on the barbell row(180 pounds). Felt like I could have probably done more. See details below(repsxweight)

Straight arm pulldown: 15x80 15x80 12x80 25x50(25 super slow reps)
Ez bar curl: 12x50 12x50 12x50
Dumbbell hammer curl: 12x25 12x25 12x25
Next week I am contemplating trying 225 on the barbell row just to see if I can get 1 rep. I was kinda surprised at how relatively easy even 180 was. Granted it took effort but not near as much as I would have thought. Also did cardio at the end. Been a great day and I got so many big changes on the horizon! Major one is career change but will likely take a month off before jumping into my next career.
