My first cycle! Please Help... D Bol

Ok as the thread says im going to start my first cycle, im currently 6'3 220lbs although I have read and read and read about D bol I chose it to be my first cycle. I have a few questions about it.
1st- How long should I cycle?
2nd- What kind of diet should I use?
3rd- What gains should I expect?
4th- What side effects should I expect?


Im on this site for help, so please dont flame. Im new to working out and need all the info as possible.

2. Read on the diet thread heaps of info there, what do you eat at the moment?
3. Big gains on eating big and training big then eating more
4. You obviously haven't read too much then . . .

24 and yes I have read, but everything contridicts eachother on the internet. I want it from people that have been on D bol.
My eating habits now are horrible, but I have changed for the better ie: tuna,chicken, peanut butter, whey protein, egg whites etc...
I only have time for about 1.5-2hrs of lifting/cardio a day due to work.

I really would like to get rid of the stomach and gain power while adding as much muscle as possible.

Your deit is all you need to change to get your goals , and thats plent of training time mate so good luck IMO i dont like the d'bol cycle for you at this time .

as far as diet what exactly should I eat? If you could list my meals. Not really a perfect diet but one that will help me get get rid of the belly. I will be doin a decent amount of cardio.. I also use muscle milk after working out.

3) Visit the Training Section
4) READ READ READ
5) REPEAT!
6) Come back and ask us about AAS in about 3 years.

There is your answer matey AAS are your last resort. Eat a clean high protein low carb diet. Eat frequently and train FARKIN HARD! YEAH BUDDY !! haha

dude, you're new to working out. You said it yourself. You could gain at least 20-30 lbs naturally at your height. Seriously, reconsider. Plus dbol is a shit first cycle. Once you have trained for a couple more years naturally, start off with a test only cycle. You have a lot of natural growth to do. Get your diet in check too.

#2 is excellent advice. burn the fat feed the muscle by tom venuto is one of the best books ive ever read. i gave it to my son who just finished his army training and he read it from front to back while on leave. FINALLY all the quaestions he was continually asking me about diet and training ended.

Bro if you haven't made serious gains naturally first you will be putting yourself in danger also! I'm sure your strength would go through the roof immediately but in your case that would DEFINATELY lead to injury most likely tendon and prob shoulder that could effect you your whole life. It's not just a bad idea your body isn't ready! Not flamin ya bro, just tryin to help ya out.
