My Diet & Workout

I'm currently 5'11 @ 175. I'm trying to tone up and loose some fat. My current diet is the following (normally):

Morning - 2x Packets Oatmeal
Afternoon - 2x Lean Turkey Sandwitches & Can Chunkys Soup
Evening - 8 Egg Whites + 2x Slices Toast & 2x Slices Fat Free Cheese
Drinks: Skim milk & water.

Workout is as follows:

MON - Biceps/Shoulders/Back + Run 1 Mile + Abs
TUES - Legs
WED - Chest + Run 1 Mile + Abs
THUR - Biceps/Shoulders/Back + Run 1 Mile + Abs
FRI - Chest & Legs
SAT-SUN Off

1. Processed oatmeal is bad..use old fashioned oats. The more unrefined foods you consume the easier it is to drop body fat. Your diet seems very high in refined foods.

2. 5'11" and 175 doesn't seem like you have a lot of fat to drop. Honestly, if bodybuilding is what you want to pursue you should probably add some size before cutting, as Arnold said,"You can't sculpt a pebble."

What other foods do you recommend? I have a little bit of fat in the stomach area thats about all. Someone told me I'm not eating enough. Anyone? I'm at 175 and definately DON'T want to drop lower (muscle loss).
