My diet fucks up :(

2:nd day of my diet. Going from 5000-6000 calories a day, to 2000-2500 cal. sucks !!! I'm hungry all the time. Using clen and do lots of exercise. But cannot keep off the sweets & milkshakes & smoothies. Anybody - what to do? :) Can you recommend me anything good to fill my stummage up`, with low fat??

if u can tolerate nutrasweet, they are the SHITZ for a low calorie diet cheat snack.

Cool, I will try that :) I don't smoke, but I "snusar", scandinavians know what I mean :) Wet tobacco in bags, you put under your lip. This might make me cut it as well...cool !

What the hell is that :)??? Never heard about it... will look for it though... Chewing sugar free gum seems interesting as well.

Any other suggestions ???

You might be right dude... 2500 cal was my goal, I'm not down to that right now, just can't - sooo hungryyy :)
