My Diet, Advice Needed

Ok, so I just started my diesel starter stack and it is my first cycle ever. I'm 21, 6'6" and 209lbs. I feel like my diet is ok, but I am open to any kind of suggestions you all might have. Also, this is my first time to break everything down like this, so go easy on me lol.

First Meal: 1/2 Cup Oatmeal w/ Protein Shake
370 Cal.
27g Carb.
55g Protein

Second Meal: Chicken Wrap (whole grain tortilla) w/ Steamed Veggies or Rice
440 Cal.
73g Carb.
19g Protein

Pre-Workout Drink: 80 Cal. 20g Protein

Post-Workout Drink: 81 Cal. 20g Protein

Third Meal: Chicken Breast w/ Steamed Rice
380 Cal.
48g Carb
28g Protein

So that comes out to
1351 Cal.
148g Carbs.
142g Protein
11g Fat

I know I need more protein, is it an okay idea to take another protein shake before bed to add another 50g?
 
that is the diet of a frail old lady.

if you want mass which is the only reason for you to cycle then here you go.

eat 3g protein, 3g carbs, .5g fat per lb bw per day. drink milk and water. eat whole eggs, chicken, beef, sweat taters, whole grains, broccoli, apples, nuts all day long. spread it all out between 6-10 meals and drink the milk between them.
 
any time. that is just a basic start point. study up on dieting and dont ever be convinced that a diet all mapped out by someone else is your perfect diet it could be in the right ball park but you will have to figure things out as you go. we all vary.

a couple basic tips are to load up on the complex carbs and whey pre w/o, drink a no or low fat shake post w/o that is high in simple carbs and whey, eat high fat high protein right before bed. whole eggs are great for this.
