my cutting plan, opinions please

i'll be training hst style on sunday, tuestday and thursday
40min cardio empty stomach on monday, wednesday and friday
satuday rest

diet will be something like this 250g protein, 100g carbs, 100g fat = 2300 cals

on hst days most of the carbs (50g) will be taken post wo with 6ui slin and 40 g whey protein

to preserve muscle i'll be using eq 700mg/week
to aid fat loss:
2.5 mg bromo/day
3 xenadrine/day (2 before training)
20mg nolvadex/day

at the end, maybe i'll use some lutalyce subq in my abs

what do you think ?
 
I'm dubious that cardio does much to help you lose bodyfat. I put it under the category of minimally effective.

That said... your diet looks fine.

700mg of EQ is a waste in my oppinion. You'd be better off doing half as much for twice as long. (Back in the '80s we only took 150mg a week of EQ with good results.)

Why the 'slin? And why the nolvadex?
 
How much you way bro, also height might help.

Running would be best in my opinion for the cardio, if that's what you had mind. everything else seems like it is too easy to fuck off. IMO anyway.
