I'm planning on cutting naturally for the first time so I'd figured I'd post my diet and see if I could get some feed back...
Supplements I plan on using:
Liporexin, yohimburn, gplenish, and r-ala
170-175 lbs, 5'5" and an estimate of 12% bf
Days @ the Gym:
-Wake up: <7:00> Yohimburn/liporexin/gplenish
-Cardio(1 hour) <8:00-9:00> very low intensity
-Meal 1 <9:15> lean ground turkey (35g protein/14g fat)
-Meal 2 <12:15> whey/olive oil (35g protein/14g fat)
-Meal 3 <2:45> tuna/fish oils/fiber one(30g pro/14 g fat/15g carb)
-Meal 4 <5:15> whey/olive oil (35g protein/14g fat)
Workout 6:30
-Meal 5 <7:45> whey/dextrose (35g protein/50g carbs)
-Meal 6 <9:15> chicken/brown rice (35g protein/50g carbs)
Total:205 g protein/56g fat/ 115g carbs= around 1800 calories
Days off:
-Wake up: <7:00>same as above
-Cardio (1 hour) same as above
-Meal 1: same as above
-Meal 2: same as above
-Meal 3: same as above
-Meal 4: same as above
-Meal 5: <6:30> whey/ fish oils (30g protein/5g fat)
- Cardio( 30 minutes) walk my dog- easy walk
-Meal 6 <9:15> chicken/salad/fiber one/ fish oils
(35g protein/14g fat/ 25g carbs)
Total:200g protein/75g fat/ 25g carbs=around 1600 calories
I think my calories might be a little too low so I might add 100 more cals to each day, atleast to start off with and then go from there
I use a 2 on/1 off training split
I will ease my way into the large amount of cardio... at first I'll start with just thirty minute sessions and then work my way up to an hour as progress slows. Will implement refeeds when needed.
Any suggestions? Im a little concerned, this is my first time cutting with out the aid of anti-catabolics.... In the past I never had to worry about losing lbm, this time this its a main concern- hopefully gplenish will help a little of it's course no match to anavar
I'll update you on my progress
