Cal intake is right around 2100. Check out my diet at the top of this thread. Yeah I should of started things off slowly, but I just jumped right into it all guns blazing. Its getting a lot easier, its been a week now and the cravings are starting to go away.
Im going to start that carb tapering, I found a good article on it and it seems pretty straight forward. I just need to get a good whey protein source, know of good whey protein that youd recommend?
