my cut diet so far

ive been on this diet for about a month and havent really been noticing as much of an effect on my body as i would have liked..
im 23 5'11 161lbs
given its only been 5 weeks but lemme know whatcha guys think and if anything is killin me in the long run.

1/2 cup of oat meal and light yogurt for breakfast
normally take a apple or plum with me to class and a protein bar *only mwf*
get home eat eggs and snack on carrots
2-3hours later would be a can of tuna and spinach salad with a pretty good amount of italian dressing
2-3 hours ground turkey burger 8oz *no bread just the meat* and a side of veggies
2-3 hours later chicken/beef/pork 8oz and more veggies
2-3 hours later same thing as before..
most days is around 180-250g of protein i take 26g before lifting and 26g after and 26 on off days
on tues thurs and the weekends i dont eat the protein bars since i can be around to cook.

i have a tendency to want to munch on things a few hours before bed and that would be like pistachios or grapes

i still use a little butter when i cook my eggs and a little with my veggies but i wouldnt call it alot.

i havent been doing cardio religiously but i walk to class each day which is about a mile 1 way at different elevation and on off lifting days i try to get in 45 min of walking on incline with a heart rate around 130-150.

do i just need to step up my cardio? is my use of fruit later at night hurting me? the butter/italion dressing? im just a guy who wants to look great for the summer so no lifting competition or anything.
 
i guess i should add on fridays i normally have some foods with more carbs but typically keep it clean with like peanut butter and jelly on wheat. or if im with the guys it might be chips and salsa.. but not fastfood ever.. maybe a can of soda or 2. or a candy bar im sure this things arent helping but after seeing some peoples cheat day food source i felt it would be not so bad... it might be the thing thats been holding me back..
