I would guess two things: 1) you have more fat to lose in order to get rid of breasts ...or 2) you'll need either surgery or drug treatment
I would think approach (1) is probably most contextual in your case. Because "man breasts" are nothing more then sub-skin fat that is stored simular to female tissues (gyno)... Therefore, I would recommend you stick with you diet and the breasts will go away eventually..
In most cases diet is the key, for people look for awesome results without considering the facts at hand: loss of bodyfat will, in most cases, cause a shift in the hormonal balance and will, in fact, leave you without man-breasts. Which are, by the way, sub-contaneous fat under the breast tissue.
There is no universal bodyfat level for this to happen because it happens differently for everyone. I would say the optimal is 10%bf.
If you were really big and lost that much weight very quickly then yu are in 1 of 2 situations. 1: Either you are at a low bodyfat now but the drastic quick weight loss has left loose skin which is sagging and creating the breasts, if this is the case you are probably going to have to have surgery to remove the extra skin. 2: You have lost a lot of fat but still need to lose a lot more and after that the fat from your chest will be gone and you won't have breasts anymore.
surgey? You guys kidding? That leaves awful scares. If you want to get rid of sagging skin just wrap yourself every night for a month or two. It tightens up the skin, its what they do after you have lyposuction (sp?). Just get a bandage and wrap it really tight around the place you want your skin to tighten. I've done it before and lose 2 inches off my waist that was just sagging skin.
