work, used belt for first time on deadlift cycle
1x2x465... somewhat challenging... could do this for sets of 3 before, im guessing the squats are taking their toll...
speed pulls
6x3x380 good bar speed, fairly easy...
squats

work 5x7x330
great depth, maybe one or two reps total slightly high, some deep ones on the last set... my legs hurt! and we are busy at work... believe it or not this wasnt the hardest squat workout ive done on this cycle... im going to just murder a big PR next week...
