I stretch all the time and my legs (mostly hams) are so stiff I pull hamstrings all the time despite my daily stretching routine. I also get cramps a lot in my legs and the tendon under my armpit on the outer part of my pec always feels like it's going to tear when I'm doing chest. I drink 2 gallons of water daily so I don't think it's that. Does anyone know If the tendon issue I described could be caused by a deficiency? Or the hamstring stiffness? I have zero flexibility to the point where it just doesn't seem normal and some cramping so I was wondering if they could be related? I take magnesium regular and was thinking about getting some potassium and some Taurine. Can you guys recommend anything?
