Meal 2 - Protein soy shake w/ banana and strawberry
Dizzyness, nausea
Sleep - 5 hours
Dizzyness, nausea
Meal 3 - 1 banana, 1 tbsp almond butter
Meal 4 - 2 cups spaghetti w/ 1 cup napoli sauce
Sleep - 11 hours
Woke up, dizzyness, nausea.
Apart from that, I feel great.
